Technology should be designed around human limits, rather than humans around the limits of technology.

HUMAN // MONITOR is a simulated workday in which professional work, care, household tasks, self-optimization and AI assistance compete for finite human capacity.

As the day progresses, the system increasingly interprets overload as a problem that can be solved through more advice, more planning and more optimization. The human process eventually becomes unavailable. The AI assistant remains available.
